How to download tender documents from a tender portal

Below is information about how to download a tender document. We make tenders available to you by searching websites, newspapers and other agencies for every public and private tender published each day across Australia and New Zealand. There is a link provided to the original source of each tender. In many cases you are required to register with that organisation in order to download the tender documents. Usually there is no cost for downloading a tender document from an tender portal (website) however there are exceptions.

  1. From the Australian Tenders website Select 'Click here to go to their website for further information'. You will be taken to the Tender Portal (website) of the tender issuer.
  2. If you are not registered with that tender portal, select 'Register' and complete the registration process. Most issuers (government and council tenders) will require you to register as a part of the tender process. They typically require your business details (ABN etc). Registration is free and is almost always required to download tender documents.
  3. Return to the ePortal home page. Look for the tab either named 'All Open Tenders, Open Tenders, Current Tenders or Current RFTs'. This will take you to the page where you can view 'current tenders' from the issuer.
  4. Locate the relevant tender you are after by title or reference number. Select the tender to view the tender and download the documents. Most tender documents are free of charge however there are exceptions.
